Hoy fue un día que en realidad parecía como verano. Nosotros necesitábamos estar en la escuela a las 8h00, y por eso, muchos de nosotros nos levantamos a las 7h00. Nosotras no empacamos nuestras mochilas para las termas anoche y por eso necesitábamos hacerlo. Entonces, nosotros fuimos a la concina para desayunar. Nosotros bebimos jugo de naranja y comimos pan. También, cogí una manzana para el viaje al colegio.
Cuando nosotros llegamos al colegio, se me olvido que nadie iba a estar allí porque era sábado. Todos estaban entrando en el autobús cuando nosotros llegamos. Me senté con María y me acosté para todo el viaje en autobús a las termas. María me dijo que estuvimos en el autobús por una hora y media, pero no recuerdo.
 Cuando nosotros llegamos a Las Termas de Outariz y escuchamos a la mujer que nos explicó las reglas. Todos fuimos a los probadores y nos cambiamos a nuestros bañadores. Cuando terminamos, fui a la primera piscina que yo vi, me olvidé que no todas son piscinas calientes. Esa piscina estaba muy fria. Nuestras reacciones fueron muy graciosas. Después, vimos una piscina caliente. Nos metimos con nuestros hermanos españoles. Fue muy relajante.
Nosotros hablábamos con los estudiantes españoles en el agua. Yo aprendí mucho sobre ellos; fue una experiencia muy buena. A las 12h00 nosotros fuimos a los probadores otra vez, nos duchamos, y cambiamos nuestra ropa para jugar a los deportes. Luego, fuimos en un tren pequeño a centro historico de Orense.
Paramos en un parque para almorzar. Nuestras familias nos prepararon un picnic – yo comí un bocadillo de pollo y tenia muchas opciones de frutas y galletas. También, jugábamos en los columpios. Cuando una hora pasó salimos y comenzamos a caminar a las canchas de baloncesto para el torneo. Al llegar, conocimos al amigo de Maestra Willie Ladson de New York. Él es super alto y jugó baloncesto profesionalmente. Willie creó el programa English & Baskets y organizó este torneo. Casi todos los estudiantes Americanos jugaron y tres grupos de niños Españoles jugaron. El grupo de Nick ganó y también el equipo de Oscar. Ambos grupos podrán jugar en los finales mañana.
| Today was a day that really felt like summer. We needed to be at school by 8am and therefore, most of woke up before 7am. Maria and I didn’t pack our backpacks for the hot springs the night before so we had to do that. Then, we went to the kitchen to eat breakfast. We drank orange juice and ate bread. Also, I grabbed an apple for the car ride to school.
When we got there, I forgot that no one would be at school because it was Saturday. Everyone was entering the bus when we arrived. I sat with Maria and fell asleep for the entire bus ride to the hot springs. Maria told me that we were in the bus for about an hour and a half, but I don’t remember.
When we arrived, we walked to the building and listed to the woman who explained the rules of the Termas Outariz. All of us went to the bathroom and changed into our bathing suits. When we finished, we went to the first pool we saw, forgetting that not all of the pools were hot. This specific pool was very, very cold. Our reactions were very funny. After, we went into a hot pool with our host siblings. It was very relaxing.
We talked to our host siblings in the water. I learned a lot about them; it was a great experience. At noon, we went back to the changing room, showered, and changed into exercise clothes. Then, we went on a small train that drove us to the historical center of Orense.
We stopped at a park to eat lunch. Our families prepared a picnic lunch for us – I ate a chicken sandwich and had many options of fruit and cookies. Also, we played on the swings. When an hour passed, we left the park and began to walk to the basketball court for a tournament. When we arrived, we met Maestra's friend Willie Ladson from NEw York. He is very tall and played basketball professionally. Willie created English & Baskets program and organized this tournament. Almost every American student played as well as three groups of Of our host siblings. Nick's team won and so did Oscar's team. Both teams were invited back for the final round tomorrow!
